Magnetooptic resonances in dichroism and birefringence related to the self-alignment of atoms in a discharge at an arbitrary orientation of the magnetic field
Eg. Saprykin et al., Magnetooptic resonances in dichroism and birefringence related to the self-alignment of atoms in a discharge at an arbitrary orientation of the magnetic field, OPT SPECTRO, 91(2), 2001, pp. 288-294
Variations in structure of the magnetooptic resonances, formed by a transve
rse magnetic field in the presence of an additional field of arbitrary orie
ntation, are analyzed. These resonances are shown to be sensitive to the ty
pe of excitation anisotropy. The ways of detecting false magnetic fields ar
e proposed. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
