Abstract
We report a detailed experimental study of the kinetics of separation into coexisting gas, liquid, and crystal phases in a colloid-polymer mixture. Di stinct kinetic regimes are identified. and interpreted in terms of the unde rlying "free-energy landscape" of the system.
