Abstract
Based on the Stokes coupling method for solving the two-dimensional exterio r unsteady Navier-Stokes equations, the existence of the strong solution of the Stokes coupling equations is proven. And the regularity of the solutio n for the reduced Stokes coupling equations is discussed.
