Abstract
We report a patient who presented with persistent unclear fever, anaemia an d leucopenia. A bone marrow aspiration biopsy was performed due to these sy mptoms, revealing malignant adenocarcinoma cells with a suspicion of renal origin. A computerized tomography confirmed the diagnosis. The patient prog ressed rapidly and died of widespread metastatic papillary renal cell carci noma.
