Abstract
Phase transfer catalyzed Michael reaction of N-(diphenylmethylene)-aminomet hylphosphonate 1 to acrylates (2) provides a simple and convenient method f or the synthesis of 1-(N-diphenylmethylene)amino-3-(alkoxycarbonyl)propylph osphonates (3).
