Abstract
The title compound, C12H12N2O, crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric P2(1) 2(1)2(1) space group giving crystals showing a second harmonic generation ( SHG) property. The crystal structure consists of discrete molecules and for ms a three-dimensional network through intermolecular hydrogen bonding.
