Abstract
The stereochemistry of the title compound, C15H26O3, has been established. The compound crystallizes with three molecules in the asymmetric unit and s ignificant variations in the bond distances and angles are reported. Interm olecular hydrogen bonds are observed between the hydroxyl groups.
