Abstract
Tissue adhesives are common adjuncts in surgical practice. Fibrin sealants are the most prevalent adhesives today. Recently, new adhesives have been a pproved for use in the United States, including cyanoacrylates, albumin-bas ed compounds, collagen-based compounds, glutaraldehyde glues, and hydrogels .
