Abstract
The authors report a case of renal endometriosis. The preoperative diagnosi s of this pathology is difficult because the clinical aspect and the radiol ogical appearance are non specific. This fact limits the place of the medic al treatment and of the conservative surgery nevertheless desirable in this young population. (C) 2001 Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SA S.
