Abstract
Malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis is a rare and agressive tumo r. it appears that surgery have a high value in the treatment. We report a case of malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis in 65 years old pati ent and a review of the literature is presented. (C) 2001 Editions scientif iques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
