Abstract
A giant coronary aneurysm arising from the sinus node artery is reported. D iagnosis of this lesion by computed tomography and angiography is illustrat ed. The operative management is described. "Off-pump" aneurysmectomy was su ccessfully performed. The role of occlusion test of the aneurysm inflow tra ct is emphasized. (C) 2001 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
