Abstract
In this paper, the physical chemistry nature of the Ni-P-ZnX coatings have been studied by weighing method, accelerated corrosion tests, tarnish test, high-temperature oxidation tests, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The result shows that the surfaces of the coatings are homogeneous, polished, solid and with strong corrosion re sistance. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
