Abstract
This paper describes a technique that makes the computational intensive mom ent method (MM) competitive for analyzing transients on PCBs. The technique uses equivalent wires to model the conducting tracks at low frequencies, 2 -D sheet impedance approximation for the dielectric substrate and dynamic a daptive sampling to obtain the frequency spectrum.
