Abstract
We report for the first time upon a case of myxoma that involved both atria l and ventricular sides of the anterior mitral valve leaflet. Electron beam tomography (EBT) showed that the tumor was attached to both the atrial and ventricular sides of the mitral valve, while echocardiography did not. EBT also diagnosed dynamic obstruction of left ventricular outflow tract cause d by the tumor.
