Abstract
This article discusses the development of an electronic reserves software s ystem and related administrative issues (e.g., staffing); technical and wor k flow issues; education and training of users, faculty, and staff; and the assessment of processes. It concludes with advice from the findings of the pilot project for other libraries building electronic reserves programs.
