Abstract
We examine the effects of marginal changes in continuous variables on the joint conditional and marginal probabilities involved in the bivar iate probit model and contrast them with the univariate probit case. W e provide an empirical application using Canadian data. (C) 1997 Elsev ier Science S.A.
