Coronary artery bypass grafting is the treatment of choice for signifi
cant left main coronary artery disease. A patient with an occluded lef
t main coronary artery in the setting of myocardial infarction, who wa
s given streptokinase and subsequently managed with intracoronary sten
ting, is reported.
