Abstract
Death-associated protein kinase (DAP-kinase; DAPk) has been implicated in p
rogrammed cell death and tumor suppression. The recently solved crystal str
ucture of the catalytic domain of human DAP-kinase reveals interesting 'fin
gerprint' regions that may be functionally important.
