On thermal method of character of inclusions structure rating in semiinfinitely medium volume

In this Letter the thermal contact scanning method of restoration of volume tric coordinates of defects latent in depth of a semiinfinitive body is con sidered. Due to the increased temperature sensitivity and absence of a hand icap from spatial heterogeneity of a surface of a researched body the metho d allows to find out defects having the characteristic size much more small er, than the depth of their immersing and thus is removed the requirement t o a transparency of a body in infra-red or radiofrequency range. There is a n opportunity of using this method as absolutely safe in a task of detectio n of pathological changes in body of a man is considered. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
