Abstract
Elastic scattering of pi (+/-) mesons on H-3 and He-3 nuclei at energies ar ound the Delta (33)(1232) resonance is considered. The amplitudes for singl e and double scattering are calculated oil the basis of the nonrelativistic diagram technique. The spin and isospin structure of peon-nucleon amplitud es is fully taken into account. The resulting theoretical predictions for t he differential cross sections are compared with available experimental dat a. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
