The conformations of macromolecules and the dielectric properties (in the m
icrowave frequency region) of poly(ethylene glycol adipate) containing a bi
nary filler composed of graphite and pyrogenic silica were studied. Both di
electric constant epsilon' and loss factor epsilon " depend on the graphite
concentration in the filler. The use of the binary filler increases epsilo
n' and epsilon " as compared with bare graphite. The influence of the confo
rmation of poly(ethylene glycol adipate) macromolecules on the properties o
f the compositions is displayed in the undercritical region of the graphite
amount in the binary filler.
