Abstract
Radiation induced graphite dimensional and lattice parameters changes were studied during electron irradiation in situ in a column of electron microsc ope. We obtain the dose dependencies of graphite relative dimensional and l attice parameters changes at temperatures -190, 20, 200, 400, 600 and 950 d egreesC. The experimental results showed a decrease of displacement thresho ld energy for carbon atoms in graphite along the base planes with increase of irradiation temperature. We discuss the features of graphite radiation d amage at different temperatures.
