Abstract
A Total Routhian Surface (TRS) calculations were performed for the Ce-149 n ucleus. The equilibrium deformation parameters and total angular momentum v alues have been calculated as a function of rotational frequency for both s ignatures of the lowest positive- and negative-parity rotational bands. The oretical predictions are compared with the results of experimental studies of this nucleus.
