Abstract
We present the preliminary results of a long-term photometric study of V404 Cyg in quiescence. Its ellipsoidal light curves show the variations in bot h maxima and minima from year to year over 1992-2000. The most prominent ar e variations of the depth of minimum at phase 0.0 in V (1992-1997) and at p hase 0.5 in R (1998-2000). The similar to 6-hr QPOs persist but with variab le amplitude.
