An EVN map of LS I +61 degrees 303 presented in Massi et al. (2001) has sho
wn the presence of a south-east extended structure. On the other hand, the
measured expansion velocities for radio structures in LS I +61 degrees 303
seem small when compared to microquasars. We present here a possible explan
ation for both such a peculiar morphology and the low expansion velocity in
the context of Doppler boosting.
