Abstract
The magneto-rotational mechanism of jet formation in stationary and non-sta tionary events is analyzed. Collapse of a rotating magnetized body during s tar formation or supernovae explosion may lead to a jet-like mass ejection for certain angular velocity and magnetic field distributions at the beginn ing of the collapse.
