Abstract
Late total occlusion (LTO) after simultaneous coronary stenting and brachyt herapy has been described in recent randomized trials. We report a case of LTO presenting with an acute clinical event 15 months after the index proce dure, suggesting that the risk is not confined to the first 6-month to 1-ye ar period.
