Abstract
The frequency dependence of the impedance of an electrochemical cell w ith a semiconductor electrode based on titanium-doped Fe2O3 is studied . An equivalent circuit is selected and the capacitance of the space c harge region in the semiconductor is calculated. The slow diffusion of charge carriers is shown to be the limiting stage of the electrode pr ocess.
