Abstract
The content of phosphorus in input and output materials used in aluminium r eduction cells of the Slovak producer Slovalco, a.s. was followed during a three-year period. On the basis of the obtained data the material balance o f phosphorus in individual years was made in order to evaluate the trends i n phosphorus content in the input and output materials and to understand th e reasons of the observed trends.
