Synthesis and enzymic effect of some novel 1,2-dihydro-3-(triazin-5/6-yl)benzo[h]quinolin-2-one derivatives

Some 3-(triazin-5/6-yl)quinolinones were obtained starting with benzoquinol ylglyoxal. Hydrazinolysis of these triazines furnished hydrazinotriazines. The latter compounds were cyclized to give some triazolo/tetrazolotriazinyl quinolin-2-ones. Reaction of hydrazinotriazines with formylquinoline and qu inolinyl beta -keto ester gave the corresponding hydrazones, which were con sequently cyclized to pyrazole derivatives. All the newly prepared compound s revealed potent effect on increasing reactivity of cellobiase.
