Abstract
We report a case of severe auto-immune hemolysis in a young pregnant w oman from Madagascar, presenting a tropical splenomegaly and a P. mala riae infection, Corticosteroids associated to a schizonticidal therapy allowed a dramatic drop of anemia and a slow regression of splenomega ly after 8 months.
