Abstract
Effective pairing interaction in semi-infinite nuclear matter is calcu lated within the Brueckner method. The (3 x 3) separable version of th e Paris potential is taken for a realistic NN interaction. The results of complete calculations are compared with the predictions obtained i n the local-density approximation.
