Abstract
The combinatorial-topological analysis of the structures of framework Li,Ge -germanates of the compositions (Li2GeGe2IV)-Ge-VI O-6(OH)(2) (sp. gr. B-2/ b), (Li2GeGe3O9)-Ge-VI-O-IV (sp. gr. Pcca), (Li4Ge2Ge7O20)-Ge-VI-O-VI (sp. gr. C2), and (Li2GeGe6O15)-Ge-VI-O-IV (sp. gr. Pbcn) has been made with the separation of subpolyhedral structural units (SPSUs) built by octahedra an d tetrahedra. The topologically invariant SPSUs are separated in three-dime nsional frameworks of the structures. A possible mechanism of the matrix as semblage from the SPSU invariants in crystal structures of the framework Li ,Ge-germanates is suggested. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
