Abstract
The complexes [PtCl3(C2H4)]-[AmH](+) and trans-[PtCl2(Am)(C2H4)], containin g the binaphthyl secondary amine (S)-3,5-dihydro-4H-dinaphth[2,1-c:1',2'-a] azepine, are efficient and versatile CDAs for the enantiodicrimination of s imple olefins by Pt-195 NMR analysis of their diastereoisomeric derivatives .
