Abstract
As part of our research programme on Biota species growing in this region o f India(1), we report here the structure elucidation of 12a-hydroxyrotenoid as 9-methoxy irispurinol for the first time and bifavonoid (amentoflavone) from methonolic extract of leaves of Biota semipervirens.
