Abstract
We report the case of a patient with progressive seizures caused by a cavernous angioma in association with a venous angioma in the right pa rietal lobe. The radiological findings, the pathogenesis of this assoc iation and the importance of surgical treatment of a cavernous angioma with conservative treatment of a venous angioma are discussed.
