Abstract
The method of ultrahigh-spatial-resolution field-emission projection imagin g of nonconducting tips is implemented experimentally. An image of a glass microcapillary tip was obtained for the first time by the nonscanning metho d with spatial resolution no worse than 20 nm. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interpe riodica".
