Abstract
Solitary intestinal fibromatosis (SIF) is very rare; only 9 cases have been described. A new case presenting unusually in a newborn is descr ibed and the previously reported cases are reviewed. SIF should be con sidered in the differential diagnosis of a newborn presenting with an intestinal perforation.
