Abstract
Marital Satisfaction, Adaptability and Cohesion were analyzed as predictors of Job Satisfaction for dual-career women (n = 197) at Early, Middle, and Late life cycle stages. Assessments used were the Career Attitudes and Stra tegies Inventory (CASI), Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS), and the Family Adap tability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II (FACES II). Cohesion in the Early life cycle and Adaptability in the Late life cycle were found to be signif icant predictors (P = < .05) of Job Satisfaction. Increased satisfaction wa s also shown as the three life cycle stages progressed.
