Heat capacity measurements of BaThO3 and BaCeO3 were carried out using diff
erential scanning calorimetry in the temperature range 320-820 K. From the
heat capacity values of BaThO3 and BaCeO3, other thermodynamic functions su
ch as enthalpy increments, entropies and Gibbs energy functions of these co
mpounds were derived. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
