Abstract
The results of studies on the hierarchic structure of amorphous tellurium-g ermanium alloys are presented. The fast cooling curves for the melts, refle cting real-time formation of structural levels and the structure of ordered films obtained from the noncrystalline substance are analyzed. The structu ral parameters of the nonequilibrium states are calculated on the basis of the suggested dynamic model.
