Abstract
Measurements of the absolute partial cross sections of multiple ionization
of neon by electron impact are presented for energies ranging from 100 to 1
000 eV, Ionic charge states from I to 3 have been measured using the time-o
f-flight method. The results are compared with other experimental data and
a semiempirical model.
