Abstract
Electron diffraction studies of a [(dioctadecyl)carbamoyl-methyl]guani dinium toluene-p-sulfonate (DG) monolayer reveal that the regularity o f the molecular arrangement and the size of crystalline domains are co ntrolled through binding of aqueous alpha,omega-dicarboxylates with va rious spacer lengths.
