The surface topography of the front of electrocrystallization of dispe
rse copper deposits prepared under galvanostatic conditions from sulfa
te aqueous solutions was studied by scanning electron microscopy direc
tly at the cathode at varied current density, copper(II) concentration
in electrolyte, and deposition time.
