My. Kalashnikova et al., PHASE-COMPOSITION AND DEPOSITION RATE OF ALUMINUM HYDROXIDES DEPENDING ON CONDITIONS OF PREPARATION OF SECONDARY SUPPORT IN MANUFACTURING BLOCK CATALYSTS, Russian journal of applied chemistry, 69(12), 1996, pp. 1813-1816
The influence of the initial alkali concentration, temperature, and ti
me of aluminum(III) hydroxide deposition from hot alkaline solutions o
f sodium aluminate under conditions favoring fast decomposition of alu
minate solutions on the phase composition and rate of deposition on a
substrate was studied. Phase analysis data and time dependences of the
rate of deposition of a hydroxide layer at various NaOH concentration
s and temperatures are presented.
