Abstract
Various numerical formulations of elastomeric lamified composite structures have been described. We underline the strengths and weaknesses of each of them. We then suggest and study various strategies for the numerical implem entation on parallel computers. The numerical and mechanical results relate to an industrial flexible composite structure.
