Jh. Lee et al., Allogeneic non-myeloablative stem cell transplantation for the patients with heavily pre-treated refractory lymphoma, HAEMATOLOG, 86(10), 2001, pp. 1114-1115
We performed allogeneic non-myeloablative stem cell transplantation (allo-N
ST) in seven patients with heavily pretreated refractory lymphoma. Two pati
ents achieved unmaintained complete remission of short duration. Six patien
ts died with progressive disease (n=2), graft-versus-host disease (n=2), pn
eumonia (n=1), or intracranial hemorrhage (n=1). This study showed high tra
nsplant-related mortality and inadequate control of lymphoma after allo-NST
.
