Abstract
We describe the main features of a system supporting the selection of color palettes for qualitative data representation, such as in supervised or uns upervised image classification. Based on visual interaction, the system pro vides effective tools for browsing the Munsell color space and setting perc eptual constraints on the colors, which it then selects automatically. The system is now available for academic and nonprofit purposes.
