Abstract
Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of hypervalent arylsiloxane derivatives proceeded in good to excellent yields with allylic benzoates. Arylation occ urred with complete inversion of configuration. The scope and limitations o f this reaction, an alternative to the Stille coupling, is summarized.
