Abstract
Two patients who were initially given a diagnosis of Langerhans' cell histi ocytosis on the basis of the clinical, radiologic, and biopsy findings had mycobacterial infection subsequently identified. The correct diagnosis of d ominant partial interferon-gamma receptor deficiency was established.
